NCBE provides character and fitness services for the following applicant types in Indiana:

• Foreign License (Out-of-State Attorneys) Only

NCBE does not conduct investigations for all applicant types; note that some types may have different filing instructions. Application filing instructions should be obtained by contacting Indiana.

Application and Fee

The application and submission instructions should be obtained by contacting Indiana. Completing and submitting a character and fitness application is only part of the bar application process.
